Yes, Rick Warren, the famous writer and pastor has been chosen by Obama to deliver the invocation at his inauguration.
This must have really pissed off Obama's pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, who was probably looking forward to giving that sermon and publicly condemning the White Race for racial discrimination in the NBA, Slavery, Aids, Michael Jackson's gay love for young boys, the extinction of Dinosaurs, the Ice Age which froze a lot of brother's asses off and why Scarlett Johannson's inexplicable refusal to check out his bedroom moves.
But seriously Rick Warren's appointment - perhaps symbolic - shows the pragmatism of Obama. Hopefully, we'll see more of that spirit in his administration.
