Sandy Point, Wilson Promotery

Taken over 10 years ago... how time flies. It doesn't actually feel that long. Unfortunately, the photos didn't turn out so well in that scanning process. Need to read up more, I guess.

Sandy Point is this massively long beach near the National Park, Wilson Prom. Its on the coast of Victoria- beyond the horizon is Tasmania and after that, the South Pole. Cold, desolate and yet so magnificent and beautiful. Walking on that incredibly pristine beach at 8am is one of the closest experience you get to feeling like there on the First Day of Creation. For photographers, the place offers a lot of interesting shots as the ocean washes through that long pure sand beach.

I've got to learn more about photography and get myself a good SLR.
