You can't do a simple move to move My Folder to a seperate partition on the HD. Meaning if there is a system failure - and you have to format C drive- you lose all your data.
Try it - right click on "My Folder" - there is no properties- and you can't move the entire folder.
What you have to do however is to move all the goddamn individual folders to D other drive.
I did that- but Vista kicked up a stink, I moved them - now I "lost" the document folder and all the files I moved are in My Picture. FIHM.
