Market Commentary

Amazing. The Dow just went up big time. One good fat piece of info and the buyers just jumped right back in. But what's more amazing is that China's markets ignored the recent downslide on Wall Street and just kept on climbing higher- despite the interest rates hikes and other shaky news. Some people will argue that it shows that China's markets are stronger than Wall Street and a sure sign that it will one day overtake the latter's importance. Others will argue that it shows a market that has rampant speculation fueled by excess liquidity.

Over here- stocks like Swiber and China Aviation Oil - have jumped over 10% in early morning trade.

I don't know exactly what to do at this stage. Jump in now? - but prices are so high. I'm edgy. Very edgy.
