Chartered's Chart is Art

Now this is the sort of Art I like to see. lol. Looks very nice. I think Chartereds got a good chance of powering to $1.60+ before resting a bit before heading past $1.70. I'm anticipating a positive broker report from one of the foreign broking houses - if it comes out - then its gonna up like a rocket. But anyhow, we'll see.
